For support please email support@jvds.com and your email will be put into our ticketing system where a trained system administrator will answer your questions and fix your problems as quickly as possible.

Urgent Support

If you have something that needs fixed immediately please email emergency@jvds.com with the subject EMERGENCY. EMERGENCY means things like your server is down, you are being attacked, etc. Please note that if you raise a support call this way and in our opinion it is not an emergency we will bill you at the rate of $25/ho for any work.
